We acknowledge the remarkable importance of medical office staff. This is why in 2007 we started this program which optimizes patient care through continued education and special incentives to office personnel. Throughout this decade of growth, the program has welcomed more than 4,000 participants in 2,225 medical offices.
Moreover, the effectiveness of the program has been a determining factor in the increase of our providers’ star rating, which has raised up to an average of 4.81 stars. We focus on clinical results in order to facilitate the provider’s engagement.
