Patient & Provider Experience
We have adopted the definition of patient and provider experience as it was developed by the Beryl Institute, which works to improve it through collaboration and shared experience. Patient experience is defined as the sum of all interactions, shaped by an organizationś culture, that influence patient perceptions across the continuum of care.
MSO supports the providers so they are able to render a world-class attention to patients and their relatives. We understand the importance of the member experience, together with their loved ones, and we collaborate with our network to make sure that services excede expectations.
Our efforts are driven towards those aspects that will make the patient and provider experience a gratifying one: quality, security, service, costs, and results. We understand that the patient should be active in their own care, that the provider guides to a comprehensive attention, and that family contributes to sustain quality of life.
